My Approach
I use what is known as an 'integrative approach' to counselling, which means that I call upon a variety of ways of working in order to respond to your needs as an individual, or as a couple (see couples page for specific couples information).
I use a wide range of humanistic, psychodynamic and relational approaches, at the heart of which is my desire for us to develop a therapeutic relationship from which you can explore any difficulties you may be experiencing, knowing that I will be along side you during this process.
